Arthur C. Clarke, 1917-2008
Arthur C. Clarke, one of the greatest science fiction writers of all-time, died earlier this week at the age of 90. Clarke was best known for writing the novel 2001: A Space Odyssey along with the screenplay to the Oscar-nominated movie. If you’d like to dive into Clarke’s work, many of his novels are available to check out at both branches.
